Team Building

Shoreline Lake offers a variety of orchestrated corporate team building and outdoor game options. Companies and other organizations wanting to provide their staff with unique experiences and gatherings can find plenty of alternatives here, along with “traditional” ones, that allow them to do something a little different, as well as social.

In addition, the extensive range of programs can be tailored to suit your needs and those of your staff. Whether in need of an entertaining hour of fun and laughter for employees and their families at your company picnic, a custom designed team bonding and communications workshop that enhances your team’s performance, or even a combination of both, Shoreline can put something together exactly to your liking.

Chances are Shoreline’s skilled and accomplished facilitators, together with your team, will create an experience that leaves your employees smiling – and results in other benefits to your company for years to come. Just choose from the options listed below, and contact Shoreline’s Events Team to organize and take care of the details.

Boat Building

We offer a fun and creative team-oriented boat building competition for approximately 1.5 hours where participants are divided into teams and instructed to design and build a boat from unconventional materials. Teams must communicate and work together in order to build their boat before the timeframe runs out. Races are held at the end to determine whose boat design is indeed seaworthy! (10 people minimum)

Kayak Polo

Groups are split into two opposing teams, for a fun and dynamic game of kayak polo. Once a person catches the ball they can no longer paddle towards the opposing team’s goal and must determine whether they should pass or shoot from where they float. It is like basketball on water – just don’t lose your balance. (Maximum of 20 people)
