Meetings at Shoreline Lake

(Companies, Seminars, Workshops, Church Groups, Associations, Private Groups)

Running a meeting at Shoreline Lake offers many advantages, both in creating an environment conducive to productivity, and as a true off-site respite for meeting participants.

Just some of the advantages…The meeting facility at Shoreline Aquatic Center/Lakeside Cafe is located inside a wildlife sanctuary and has an entire wall of windows looking out over 50 acre Shoreline Lake. Access is easy and parking is ample. (You can exit right off of U.S. 101 and come directly to the lake.)

On-site Catering is available, as well as inside or outside seating. In addition, Shoreline offers Teambuilding options to incorporate into your day.

During Lunch, break for an hour to enjoy a delicious catered meal inside the Banquet Room or outside on our spacious waterfront Patio (directly adjacent to the Banquet Room). At the end of the day, hop on a pedalboat, canoe, or kayak and paddle around the lake to clear your head, take in the natural surroundings and fresh air and relax before going home.

Room Rates

Room rate based on half, full, or multiple day use, number of persons and catering.

  • Without Catering
  • $400.00 – Half Day (4 hours)
  • $700.00 – Full Day (8 hours)
  • Combination Room Rate & Catering, minimum 16ppl
  • $150.00 – Half Day (up to 4 hours): Must have breakfast or lunch catered.
  • $250.00 – Full Day (up to 8 hours): Must have breakfast and lunch catered.

Rates above apply during normal operating hours. After hours rates vary. Additional time over allotment charged at hourly space rental rates.

Catering & Beverage Options

Shoreline offers a number of catering options for meetings, such as: Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, BBQ, Hors d’oeuvre & Dinner). Menus and other details for these offerings can be found on the main Catering page.

For more informal breaks, Shoreline also offers Beverage Service and Afternoon Snack options, including Wine & Beer Service.
